Tito Jackson Tito was sent a demand from Roy Isaac who was the promoter who setup a concert in Michigan that never happened. He demands $7,500 from a deposit that he paid Tito. And Roy says Tito backed out when he did not want to advertise the concert (why the hell do you not want to advertise a concert). ...
